PixelBranded.Co is a brand identity and digital agency headquartered in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. We provide brand identity, packaging design, web design, and growth marketing services to clients across North America and internationally.

For the purposes of applicable privacy laws (including Canada's PIPEDA, Quebec's Law 25, and the EU's GDPR where it applies to our visitors), PixelBranded.Co is the data controller responsible for personal information collected through our website and services.

2.2 What We Do Not Collect

We do not collect sensitive personal information such as health data, biometric data, or government identification numbers. We do not sell your data to anyone, ever.

No automated decision-making. We do not use your personal information for automated decisions, profiling, or AI training. When we use AI tools in our creative workflow, we do not feed your confidential business information into public models without your explicit consent.

  • Client project data: retained for 7 years after project completion for tax, legal, and portfolio purposes
  • Invoicing and financial records: retained for 7 years to comply with Canadian tax law (CRA requirements)
  • Marketing subscribers: retained until you unsubscribe, then archived for up to 12 months
  • Website analytics: Google Analytics data retained for 14 months by default
  • Contact form submissions: retained for 24 months unless you become a client

After these periods, we securely delete or anonymize the data. You may request earlier deletion (see Section 8).

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we do our best to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International Data Transfers

PixelBranded.Co is based in Canada, but some of our service providers (such as Stripe, Google, and our hosting providers) store and process data in the United States and other countries. By using our services, you understand that your information may be transferred outside of your country of residence.

When we transfer personal information across borders, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place:

  • We use service providers with strong privacy commitments and recognized certifications
  • For Quebec residents, we conduct privacy impact assessments before transfers outside Quebec when required under Law 25
